Farmington Daily-Times, NOTICE OF AIR QUALITY PERMIT APPLICATION WPX Energy Production, LLC announces its intent to apply to the New Mexico Environment Department for an air quality permit for the construction of its W. Lybrook UT Remote Facility #1 oil and gas production facility. The expected date of application submittal to the Air Quality Bureau is May 27th, 2016. This notice is a requirement according to New Mexico air quality regulations. The exact location for the proposed facility known as, W. Lybrook UT Remote Facility #1, will be at latitude 36 deg, 14 min, 13.99 sec and longitude -107 deg, 42 min, 14.09 sec. From the intersection of US Highway 550 and US Highway 64 in Bloomfield, NM, travel Southerly on US Highway 550 for 38.7 miles to Mile Marker 112.7. Go Right (Southerly) on County Road #7900 for 0.3 miles to begin access on left-hand side of County Road #7900, from which continuing east for 619.5' to staked WPX W. Lybrook UT Remote Facility #1 location. The approximate location of this facility is 2.95 miles Southeast of Nageezi in San Juan county. The proposed construction consists of: Two compressor engines, one gunbarrel process tank, five oil tanks, one produced water tank, six separators heaters, two fuel gas separator heaters, six generators, oil loadout, fugitives, two emergency flares, and road dust.
